- $76 million for a steel manufacturing facility(s)
- $40 million for port infrastructure upgrades
- $150 million monopile foundation manufacturing facility
- $140 million subsea cable manufacturing facility
- $100 million turbine tower manufacturing facility
- Use of Baltimore area and Ocean City area port facilities

Situated 18 miles off the Maryland coast, the MarWin offshore wind project will generate 248 MW of total energy, enough to power 75,000 homes in Maryland. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.
